Chip Foxx, Post columnist and DNN talkshow host, was arrested Friday night in Manhattan for drunk driving, solicitation and lewd conduct in public.
Foxx was pulled over in his Hummer on East Nineth St. in the East Village after a hit-and-run accident.
"He ran over a Dae Woo," said Officer Hank Menendez. "We saw him swirving then BOOM! It was the coolest thing I'd ever seen but, you know, we
had to pull him over."
Foxx was found with a known prostitute and both had articles of clothing removed.
"He was
pulling up his pants and she

When you're wealthy and famous, people can't wait to see you screw up.
When you're a cultural warrior, like I am, the liberal smear machine can't wait to chew you up and spit you out.
I had a misunderstanding this weekend that resulted in my arrest, so of course all of my enemies are trying to tear me down with it.
The elite liberal media, once again, is saying that I need to apologize for my behavior.
There are even consumer groups threatening to

was buttoning up her top," Menendez reported, " and both were under the influence of something."
The passenger, Suga Babey, 29, who identifies herself as a pre-op transgender, has been arrested for prostitution six times.
"I thought she was post-op," said Chip Foxx before amending his statement. "I was just giving her a ride in the rain, like any New Yorker would do."
Foxx failed a road-side sobriety test.
"With profolactics, money and some white powder visible on the middle console, we had probable cause to search the H2," said Officer Sharon Reice.
The officers found a dozen unlabeled pill bottles in the glove compartment, containing prescription oxycontin, percasets and viagra.
"There was enough to start a pharmacy," said Reice.
Foxx, a self-proclaimed "cultural warrior for the right" is known for criticizing President Obama, the Democratic Congress, Hollywood, political correctness, social security, athiests, rap, taxes, permiscuous sex on television and any other "assault on Christian family values."
Foxx has previously come under fire for racist and sexist comments, giving away American troop movements, frequent facelifts, faulty tax filings, abuse of assistants, public drunkenness and owning an apparel sweatshop in Saipan.
Since being released on bail Saturday, Foxx has been condemned by several groups including Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Hundreds of protestors have gathered outside DNN's studios in New York to demand Foxx be fired and the "One Million Hate Chip Foxx" page on Facebook now has more than four million members.
Foxx is expected to issue a public apology Monday

boycott my radio and television shows if I don't apologize.
Fine.
Since it's what so many of you seem to need soooooo badly, here you go-
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry the arresting officer was so hard of vision that he thought my Hummer was speeding and swerving.
I'm sorry that sobriety laws are based around the unreasonable blood-alcohol content level of .08%.
I'm sorry the arresting officer is mixing me up with some other suspect that was shouting racist comments about blacks and Puerto Ricans.
I'm sorry the female officer thought my compliments about her anatomy were offensive.
I thought we had a connection.
I'm sorry I was nice enough to give that young lady a ride home.
I'm sorry the liberal media doesn't consider a pre-op transgender to be a woman... read whole apology
