Tourists were shocked to witness former President George W. Bush urinating on the Lincoln Memorial Tuesday morning.
"We thought it was a homeless man," said Gina Parkol, from Peoria, Illinois, who spotted Bush while taking a picture of her boys Joseph, 11, and Aidan, 9.
"It wasn't until he looked back with that creepy smile that I knew who he was," said Parkol.
Parkol said he finished urinating and headed toward the Washington Monument.
Bush reportedly marked three more monuments with his scent before disappearing without apprehension.
The former president has lived in exile since stealing Air Force One in January of 2009.
"What's being taken for granted is the great resolution of that Jones Mobile smart phone," said Vladimir Himler, VP in charge of synergy at IJI, parent company of both The Morning After Post and Jones Mobile.
Parkol contacted the Post Tuesday afternoon hoping to sell her photo.
She didn't realize that, as per her Jones Mobile contract, all photos and videos captured with a JM phone are automatically IJI property.
